How our wellness workshops work

Inshape Wellness Workshops are interactive programs that happen quarterly, designed to engage, educate, and motivate our members to incorporate wellness into their lives. It is free for all our members, prospects and visitors.

Inshape Tribe aims to always be a safe non judgmental, supportive and uplifting community of like-minded women. Who are ready to make a healthy change in their lives by enhancing their physical, mental and emotional well-being. During our workshops  we talk about frustrations that make our life difficult, we share our lessons learnt and celebrate our achievements and progress together. Clients share testimonials and talk about their fitness journeys.

What we believe

We believe in continuously developing ourselves so that we become the Best versions of ourselves. Which means educating ourselves to taking our health and fitness to the Next level. Thus by creating Habits that will help us continuously grow and improve. (check our Habit-coach program)

During these wellness workshops, we also partner with specialists like doctors, life coaches, nutritionists, fitness specialists, therapists and motivational speakers whom we can gain great knowledge from and learn tools that will help us.
