How Do I Sign Up

It couldn’t be easier to join Inshape Fitness! Just click Sign up in to the Member’s Area Filter by club (mens club or women club) and choose a membership best for you and fill in all your details. Accept out terms and conditions and sign our waiver to complete registration.

How old do I need to be to join?

The Member needs to confirm that he/she is 18 years old or older.

For persons under 18 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent 

Can I check out the gym before joining?

Yes off course! You can take a look around any time during open hours… Just drop by and a member of our team will be more than happy to give you a tour. We offer free trials during your first visit. Just contact us or fill the contact form to book you in for FREE Trial

Can I delay my membership start date?

Sure. If you're signing up for a monthly or fixed term membership you can push back the start date by one month. Just click Sign up or sign in to the Member's Area. Click on purchase tab and click Buy New Membership

Just filter by club and select the membership start date when choosing your membership

Can i get student discount?

Absolutely! As long as you are under 25years old. Just send us your valid student id.

Do you offer discounts for corporate membership?

Yes we offer discounts for Corporate memberships. If you would like to inquire about setting up a corporate membership please send an email to info@inshape.co.ke

Do I get a membership card?

No, upon joining you'll  be registered on our app. Every member has a unique QR code which you will be able to find when logged into the app.

Can I restart my old membership?

Yes, and it couldn’t be easier to rejoin Inshape Fitness! Just log in to the Member's Area using your old PIN and email address and follow the steps to re-join.

What are my membership options?

We offer a range of membership types to suit everyone!

You can read all about them here, to find out which membership will be best for you.

All memberships are created via our website. You can click here to join straight away, or head to the gym and join through there.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

It's really easy to upgrade your membership all you have to do is request an upgrade at the gym.

Can I manage my membership online?

Yes, you can stay in control, any time of day. Just log in to your Member's Area using your email address and Password to update and change whatever you like. This includes freezing your membership, updating address and contact details, and view your accounts history.

Can I refer a friend?

Definitely, and sometimes you'll have the chance to win some great prizes so keep an eye out for refer a friend competitions! All you need to do is log in to the Member's Area, click the ‘Account’ tab select the ‘Refer a friend’ button to fill in in the form. Each and every new member you bring in you will be rewarded 20% of your membership in your account

Can i leave my stuff in the lockers overnight?

Yes! Lockers are available for Rent

How do I book a class?

To book a class, use our free App, or log into your Member's Area.. If the class you want is fully booked, you can save a place on the waiting list and we’ll send you an app notification to let you know if you’ve got a spot!

Is there someone show me how to use the equipment?

Our team is always there to help. They’ll show you how to use the machines to get the best results.

Are there ladies only in the gym?

We offer Ladies Only areas at our gym, All our staff are ladies only too!

What happens if I book and miss a class?

Inshape fitness operates with a “three strikes” non-attendance rule, whereby three no-shows within a a month will result in a day booking ban. Any future classes you have booked will also be cancelled. You must cancel your class at least 4 hours before it starts or this will be recorded as a no show.

If you need to cancel a class, you can do so in seconds via the Member's Area of our site or on our free App. Simply select 'cancel' on your booked class.

Members with extenuating circumstances impacting their ability to attend classes should contact reception

Do I have to attend an induction before i train?

Inductions are not mandatory at Inshape, but if needed speak to one of the gym team who will be happy show you how things work.

Is personal training available?

Yes, we have personal training at an extra charge. Our Personal Trainers are always there to chat to if you’re interested in one to one training sessions. They can even create a personalized fitness program just for you.

Are there changing facilities and lockers?

All our gyms have individual showers, changing areas and lockers for rent.

Do you offer towels?

No we don’t offer towels at the gym area. You should bring your own towels for showering and wiping down equipment.

Does the gym have a sauna or steam?

Yes we have a steam and sauna in our Women’s only Spa at an extra cost.

How heavy are your free weights?

Our plates go up to 25kg each and our dumbbells range from 1kg up to a maximum 50kg. We have plenty of each available so you’ll always find what you need.

what should i do if I’m finding it hard to get motivated?

A Personal Trainer will greatly help you stay motivated and she will put together a plan of action just for you and always hold you accountable.

Can I freeze my membership?

We currently do not Freeze any memberships. We also understand that there are people who travel alot, therefore have packages with longer validity times.

Do you have a weight loss program?

Yes we do, and we call it Inshape Fat loss. During the six week or 12 week program you’ll work with a Personal Trainer, nutritionist and habit coach within a small group to make truly effective lifestyle changes.

How clean is your gym?

The teams will clean every piece of kit and surface throughout the day, from dumbbells to treadmills and everything in between, so you can train with confidence.

We also have large self-cleaning stations so you can clean your kit before and after use, for added peace of mind. Cleaning stations are located in all key areas of the gym to make it as easy as possible

Our gyms will be deep cleaned every day with a high-grade anti-viral disinfectant, to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for our members.
